We're partnering with an AI scaleup in the Biotechnology space. They've developed a SaaS platform that harnesses deep learning on multi-omics data to model cells and engineer their behaviour.
 
They're about to launch 3 new products and need an aggressive outbound marketer to join their team and enhance their social media presence.
 
What we're looking for:
- 5 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in Pharma, Biotechnology or drug discovery.
- A strong track record of growing the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other social media channels.
- Be an expert in the pharmaceutical, biotech or drug discovery space.
- Have an 'aggressive' attitude to outbound marketing and outreach.
 
The role:
- Be the first marketer for a growing, well-funded scaleup and have the opportunity to greatly impact their presence and growth.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns. Plan, implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Create engaging and compelling content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow their online presence.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and channels.

As their Lead Quantum Computing Scientist, you won't just be managing a team; you'll be leading them. Your job will include :
- Manage a team of quantum physicist and RF engineers
- Propose and supervise the developments on improving our gate fidelities and scaling the number of qubits. These developments include tasks like: designing and leading experiments at low temperature, designing on-chip microwave circuits, and setting-up and developing the electronic control bench.
- Propose the objectives of the team and define the priorities together with the CTO
- Define the work organisation, plan and divide the tasks between the team members
- Sharing expertise and findings with other R&D teams

Requirements
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Electrical engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or other related field (or demonstrated industry experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of postdoc or R&D work in Electrical engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or other related field
- Previous relevant experience with team management (at least 5 persons)
- Basic understanding of good software development practices, Python language, and version control systems
- Ability to distil and communicate scientific information effectively with the wider team
- Good communication in English (verbal and written)
- Experience with multi qubits electronic circuits /low temperature electronics/transport experiments is seen as an advantage

About the Role:
