Cubiq are currently recruiting for motivated and technically knowledgeable candidates with experience in healthcare IT (PACS/RIS/LIMS/EPR) deployment, to join an industry leading software vendor in the medical imaging and digital pathology space.

The Deployment Engineer will act as a technical expert, enabling the delivery of healthcare IT solutions to NHS customers around the UK, working closely with systems engineers, project managers, and application specialists to ensure the solutions are successfully deployed, supported, and interfaces are maintained using interoperability frameworks and standards.

Ideal applicants for this role will have experience in the deployment, integration, or support of medical IT systems such as PACS, RIS, LIMS, or EPR, as well as relevant knowledge of radiology or pathology processes. In addition to this familiarity with tools such as HL7, DICOM, SQL, Mirth, or Rhapsody will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the range of healthcare IT solutions
- Install and configure these solutions within NHS environments, collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and end users
- Deploy and maintain interfaces that facilitate data exchange
- Perform regular security monitoring, maintenance, software upgrades, and resource optimisation as required
- Create and maintain technical documentation in line with regulatory standards and best practice.

Key skills:
- 3+ years of experience in the deployment, integration, or technical support of healthcare IT systems (PACS/RIS/LIMS/EPR)
- Understanding of DICOM, HL7, or similar interoperability standards
- Understanding of MS SQL Server, Networking, or Cloud technologies
- Some experience with integration engines like Mirth, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf
- UK driving license and ability to undertake customer travel where required
- Proficiency in additional languages will be advantageous.

Your role and your team:
As a Verification and Certification engineer you will be part of the interdisciplinary Propulsion IPT (Integrated Project Team) responsible for the development of the Propulsion system for our revolutionary eVTOL.
 
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager – Systems Verification while allocated to the Propulsion IPT. The IPT is responsible for designing and developing the components of our propulsion system across the entire life cycle - from concept through to detailed design, testing and into serial production.
 
From parts to systems development, you will play a key role in bringing our innovative aircraft to life.
 
Your Day to Day:
- Support the development of the propulsion system, comprising of parts and assemblies, throughout the product lifecycle
- Specification and support of system validation and verification (V&V) activities according to acceptable means of compliance 
- Interact with multidisciplinary individuals and departments, including design, testing and external suppliers, to define, document and execute the V&V activities
- Author test plans and work with the Test team to execute them
- Manage requirements through their lifecycle and ensure their complete verification
- Negotiate with certification authorities for the definition of Means of Compliance, qualification and certification activities 
- Create certification strategies and compliance reports
- Generate and manage the Propulsion system V&V plan
- Generate and maintain V&V processes and procedures
 
Your Profile:
The following are required:
- University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MSc/M.Eng preferred – equivalents may be considered depending on industry experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience in verifying/certifying aircraft propulsion systems; preferably CS-E, CS/FAR-23, -25 or -27
- Experience in planning, developing and managing V&V activities
- Hands-on experience of defining and executing Propulsion test activities
- Experience developing, decomposing and working to system requirements, preferably to ARP4754A or an equivalent standard
- Excellent understanding of general design principles and technical correlations
- High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously
- Awareness of Part 21J contents and requirements
- Strong motivation and passion to contribute developing a new technology and bringing it to the market
- Target-oriented, driven work style with willingness to proactively overcome impediments in everyday activities and interaction with colleagues
- Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment 
- Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German or any other language is beneficial

- Experience in capture tools, such as Siemens Polarion or IBM Rational Doors
- Experience of environmental qualification activities, preferably to DO-160

EMC Simulation Engineer

The Role:

The EMC Simulation Engineer will be working in the EV team and will be responsible for EMC simulation analysis, EMC simulation workflows and standards establishment, as well as EMC testing and rectification of EV electric drive system. 

What you will be doing in this role:

• Perform EMC simulation analysis of the electric drive system of electric vehicles, including but not
limited to: main circuit simulation, PCB simulation for key signal, spatial electromagnetic field
simulation, and EMC simulation on system level;
• Be familiar with the parameters and characteristics of EMC-related components, responsible for
parameter-testing and analysis of key components, complete EMC simulation modeling, building EMC
system-level simulation platform, improving the accuracy of the model, and guiding the selection of
key EMC components (such as filters);
• Establish EMC team design capabilities, responsible for establishing EMC simulation workflows,
specifications and standards within the team. According to the simulation results, guide the team to
carry out EMC development, and propose design EMC rectification and optimization suggestions;
• Participate in the EMC testing and rectification of electric drive systems, help the EMC testing team to
improve product EMC performance, and provide testing rectification ideas and methods;
• Support EMC test and rectification of OEM vehicles in the European market;
