Responsibilities: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect
 
- Support our clients' sales team in developing CRM and Power Platform solutions, demonstrating your expertise in persuading our clients' valuable prospects.
- Demonstrate your innovative mindset by expanding our clients current service portfolio, with a focus on enhancing our offerings within the realms of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Embrace new challenges and shoulder significant technical responsibilities, including the potential for project management oversight.
- Utilize your analytical skills to refine our clients' processes, actively contributing to the enhancement of industry standards and the cultivation of best practices.

Requirements: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect – German Speaking :
 
- Hold a degree in economics, business informatics, or a related field, demonstrating your solid educational foundation.
- Possess extensive professional experience in either management consulting or the implementation of CRM solutions, preferably with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Bring to the table expertise in at least one of our focal industries (Ask for more information)
- Have a firm grasp of the agile project methodology and derive satisfaction from delivering process-centric guidance.
- Exhibit the capability to estimate workloads accurately and manage sub-projects or workstreams effectively.
- Possess fundamental knowledge in one of the following technologies: .NET/ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET), SQL Server (T-SQL), Reporting Services (SSRS), or JavaScript.
- Hold or be actively working towards a Microsoft certification in CRM/CE.
- Make a lasting impression as a consultant through your exceptional communication skills, consultative abilities, persuasive prowess, and assertiveness.

We are looking to add a Salesforce Consultant to their team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to their clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse business processes, and design/implement scalable solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful client engagements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities: Salesforce Consultant
·      Support the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
·      Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and objectives, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
·      Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and Salesforce capabilities to maximize their return on investment.

Requirements: 
·      Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
·      Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
·      Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and potentially development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Process Builder, and Flow.
·      Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales, and service operations, as well as broader business processes.
·      Experience with integration techniques between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
·      Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
·      Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams at all levels.
·      Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
·      Experience in leading small teams and mentoring junior consultants.

As a senior frontend developer you will form part of a talented software team developing web applications and APIs for customers around the world. You will implement the use of modern web technologies building infrastructure and interfaces that are flexible, scalable and maintainable. We are looking for candidates with experience / interest in non-rigid analysis and statistical modelling of body shapes. You will work with the recognition, capture and analysis of motion of humans (and also animals)!

- 5+ years of frontend development experience
