We are currently engaged in an exciting collaboration with an exceptional Microsoft Partner who is in a pivotal phase of their company's European-focused growth. Their commitment involves establishing trusted partnerships and deploying CRM processes on the Power Platform across various business functions, leveraging the expertise of their experienced team and cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.
 
Responsibilities: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect
 
- Support our clients' sales team in developing CRM and Power Platform solutions, demonstrating your expertise in persuading our clients' valuable prospects.
- Demonstrate your innovative mindset by expanding our clients current service portfolio, with a focus on enhancing our offerings within the realms of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Embrace new challenges and shoulder significant technical responsibilities, including the potential for project management oversight.
- Utilize your analytical skills to refine our clients' processes, actively contributing to the enhancement of industry standards and the cultivation of best practices.
- Play a substantial role in ensuring our clients' financial success by aiding in precise cost estimation and unwaveringly adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Propose forward-looking solutions to our clients, underscoring our dedication to pioneering technological advancements in marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Advocate for agile implementation, serving as a linchpin in transforming concepts into actionable value for our clients.
 
Requirements: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect – German Speaking :
 
- Hold a degree in economics, business informatics, or a related field, demonstrating your solid educational foundation.
- Possess extensive professional experience in either management consulting or the implementation of CRM solutions, preferably with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Bring to the table expertise in at least one of our focal industries (Ask for more information)
- Have a firm grasp of the agile project methodology and derive satisfaction from delivering process-centric guidance.
- Exhibit the capability to estimate workloads accurately and manage sub-projects or workstreams effectively.
- Possess fundamental knowledge in one of the following technologies: .NET/ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET), SQL Server (T-SQL), Reporting Services (SSRS), or JavaScript.
- Hold or be actively working towards a Microsoft certification in CRM/CE.
- Make a lasting impression as a consultant through your exceptional communication skills, consultative abilities, persuasive prowess, and assertiveness.
- Bring enthusiasm and a sense of enjoyment to your work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborative peers.
- Exhibit flexibility and a willingness to travel, allowing for in-person interactions to establish personal connections.
- Leverage your proficiency in both German and English to thrive in European projects, where your linguistic skills are a valuable asset.
