Our Software Division specializes in various software markets in conjunction with out wider ERP & AI teams. We are looking for an ambitious managing consultant to come in and adopt the hot desk at Cubiq with the view of further expanding the team under that person.

You'll want to work with clients on never seen before technology, talking to leaders in industry and making a name for themselves.

Job Outline

As a Consultant at Cubiq your progression route will be to help you build a leading and sustainable market where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders to help progress you to the next level.

We are looking for 360 consultants who want to take the lead and ownerships over their markets / niche. We already have an excellent brand name in the Software markets with numerous high-profile clients from both Big Tech & the start-up world.

Software is one of our major focuses moving forwards so you’ll be joining a highly experienced team of high performing consultants with a shared vision. With a dedicated North America team and a dedicated European team, we have options to focus on either market to further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Business development
• Relationship building
• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
• Offer management and post placement support
• Produce and maintain external advertising for each vacancy
• Develop candidate network within your designated field
• Arrange and lead customer meetings

Experience recruiting in Software or related is preferred but not essential. We also have a proven record of cross training consultants from a technical recruitment background that show the right ambition and are open to a new and exciting sector.
