We are a leading recruitment agency with an established AI department that has been running for over 7 years. Our AI Division specializes in various AI markets in conjunction with our wider Software, CRM, ERP, Blockchain & Engineering teams. We are looking for an ambitious senior consultant to come in with established 360 recruitment experience (Perm, Contract or both!) to grow and own their own area of the AI landscape.

You'll want to work with clients on never seen before technology, talking to leaders in industry and making a name for themselves. As part of an established AI brand in industry and growing team of AI specialist recruiters, you'll build on current relationships while reaching to new clients and candidates to build you're own charter and vision.

Job Outline

As a Senior Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress.

We are looking for 360 consultants who want to take the lead and ownerships over their markets / niche and build upon that. We already have an excellent brand name in the tech markets with numerous high-profile clients from both Big Tech & the start-up world.

AI is one of our major focuses so you’ll be joining a highly experienced team of high performing consultants with a shared vision. With a dedicated North America team and a dedicated European team, we have options to focus on either market to further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Business development
• Relationship building
• Leadership and building of a high performing team
• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
• Offer management and post placement support
• Produce and maintain external advertising for each vacancy
• Develop candidate network within your designated field
• Arrange and lead customer meetings

Experience recruiting in Software / AI internationally is preferred. We also have a proven record of cross training consultants from other technical recruitment background that show the right ambition and are open to a new and exciting sector.
