Job Outline

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant looking to advance their career in a technological area. You will be a committed recruitment professional and will join the ERP team focusing on either our UK, European or US desks capitalising on the existing relationships we already have in place with leading ERP Partners/Consultancies and global enduser ERP clients.

This is a hot desk with open jobs with attractive and buoyant clients that is actively successful and has the potential to be enormous. As a business, we are committed to growing this business area as it is one of the core pillars at Cubiq. The scope with this role will be to help grow the division and take ownership over a vertical with scope to grow a team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

·      Business development

·      Relationship building

·      Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs

·      Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.

·      Offer management and post placement support

·      Produce and maintain external advertising foreach vacancy

·      Develop candidate network within your designated field

·      Arrange and lead customer meetings.
