We are a leading recruitment agency with an established software department that has been running for over 7 years. Our Software Division specializes in various software markets in conjunction with our wider Cyber, AI & Data, ERP, Healthcare IT & Defence teams. We are looking for an ambitious managing consultant or divisional manager to come in and adopt this hot desk and department at Cubiq with the view of further expanding the team under that person.

You'll want to work with clients on never seen before technology, talking to leaders in industry and making a name for themselves.

Job Outline

We are looking for an experienced billing manager who recognises the scope in an established software recruitment brand. Although we’re already established, we pride ourselves on our 360 and Business development ability which is key to this role.

You’ll come in with the support and scope to grow your unit as you see fit.  

Software has been and will continue to be one of our major focuses moving forwards so you’ll be joining a highly experienced team of high performing consultants with a shared vision.With a dedicated North America team and a dedicated European team, we have options to take control and focus on either market to further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship building
• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms, RPO and SLAs
• Growth and development of a high performing software focused recruitment team
• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
• Offer management and post placement support
• Business Development
• Develop candidate network within your designated field
• Arrange and lead customer meetings
