About the Role:
Cubiq Recruitment are hiring for a world leading manufacturer of specialist automotive components who are experiencing an exciting period of growth.

The Stores and Logistics Manager will have responsibility for the resources, employees, and equipment within stores, ensuring that the level of service required is delivered.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for making sure the team and processes are continually optimised to maximise throughput and efficiency. This will include maintaining accurate stock control, working with key stake holders to monitor and improve methods and providing leadership support to the Stores team.

Required:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the day to day management of a multi shift department, ideally in an Engineering/Motorsport/Automotive business and a working knowledge of managing stock across multiple international sites.

Other requirements for this role include:
- Employee management experience
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- Competent IT skills with ERP/MRP experience
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations
- Dedication to improve and develop processes
- Experience in stock control and optimisation including FIFO
