Senior SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant

Location: 90% remote, 10% in Düren, Germany
Salary: €100,000 - €120,000

Company Description: A leading luxury food manufacturer is seeking a skilled Senior SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant to join their team. This position is perfect for a highly capable individual who is eager to apply their expertise in SAP FI/CO to enhance operational processes and efficiencies. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of SAP Systems, playing a strategic yet hands-on role within the organization. This role offers a flexible working model, predominantly remote, with the need for occasional in-person engagement at the Düren office.
 
Senior SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant - Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous support and optimization of the SAP FI/CO system landscape to drive the development of processes further.
- Engage in thorough requirements recording and analysis in close cooperation with relevant departments, ensuring SAP FI/CO implementations align with and support operational needs.
- Lead the implementation of changes through programming/customizing in SAP FI/CO, focusing on achieving optimal system performance and process improvements.
- Act as a senior consultant for SAP FI/CO, offering strategic advice and technical expertise to enhance system functionality and project outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering SAP FI/CO solutions that effectively meet the company's unique challenges.
 
Senior SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant - Requirements:
- Successfully completed a degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
- Over 6+ years experience as an SAP FI/CO module supervisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP FI/CO customizing and programming.
- Advanced programming skills, particularly in ABAP, with the capability to tailor SAP FI/CO solutions to specific operational requirements.
- Initial knowledge of S/4 HANA, with an openness to leveraging this in relevant projects and migrations.
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams and with international stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, capable of delivering efficient and effective SAP FI/CO solutions.
- A background in consumer goods or production is beneficial, offering valuable insights into the industry-specific needs and challenges.
