SAP Project Manager

Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid)
Salary: €100,000 - €120,000

SAP Project Manager - Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery and the realization of benefits, ensuring projects align with business objectives.
- Ensure the successful execution of SAP projects, managing them to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve the desired quality, while navigating resource limitations.
- Provide professional leadership to project team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and success.
- Engage in proactive stakeholder management, liaising with IT and customer management to ensure project goals are in harmony with business needs.
- Develop decision-making documents and orchestrate steering committee meetings to drive project progress and decision-making.
- Operate autonomously within your designated area, upholding and applying established standards and processes to maintain project integrity.
 
SAP Project Manager - Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business information technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP project management, specifically within the manufacturing sector, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with a preference for holding a recognized certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI).
- Solid understanding of key SAP modules (MM/PP/SD), with a preference for candidates with S/4 Hana expertise.
- Excellent analytical abilities, a results-driven approach, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with agile methodologies and process modeling tools (such as Visio or Signavio) will be viewed favorably.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across various levels of the organization, coupled with fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level) and strong presentation skills.
