SAP CRM/CX Sales Consultant

Location: Switzerland (Focus on the German-speaking market)
Salary Range: CHF 90,000 - CHF 120,000 + Commission for clients won.

This role offers a unique combination of sales and SAP CRM/CX consulting, providing services to both new and existing clients. Role Overview: The SAP CRM Sales Consultant will embody the fusion of sales prowess and SAP CRM/CX consulting expertise. This individual will be instrumental in acquiring new business and delivering project consulting work for clients. Responsibilities include acting as a (pre-)sales consultant, managing sales and IT projects, and working closely with the CRM/CX sales manager to target the German-speaking Swiss market. The consultant will also play a key role in developing innovative service products focused on sales processes.
 
SAP CRM/CX Sales Consultant - Key Responsibilities:
 
- Serve as a (pre-)sales consultant for customers, assisting in the creation of brochures and sales materials.
- Take on partial project management roles for various sales and IT projects.
- Collaborate with the CRM/CX sales manager to engage the German-speaking Swiss market effectively.
- Develop and establish innovative service products with an emphasis on sales processes.
- Lead the acquisition and development of sales leads, preparing offers and contracts.
- Drive opportunities to successful closure, overseeing the process until an order is placed.
 
SAP CRM/CX Sales Consultant - Requirements:
 
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP CX Sales.
- Strong understanding of the lead-to-order process.
- Proficient knowledge of CRM business processes and their implications on IT business processes.
- Familiarity with Swiss culture and the specific nuances of the Swiss market.
