Salesforce Pardot Specialist

Location: Remote, based in Germany
Compensation: €60,000 - €85,000 annually

Role Overview:
We're in search of a Salesforce Pardot Specialist to join our client who a Salesforce partner. The person will have a flair for managing small to medium-sized Pardot initiatives, catering to a user base of 25-30 or more. This fully remote role demands fluency in German and a knack for executing and overseeing innovative digital marketing strategies.
 
Salesforce Pardot Specialist - Key Duties:
- Develop, execute, and oversee digital marketing strategies.
- Analyse and report on key performance indicators, particularly in relation to email marketing effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on return on investment throughout the entire lead generation process.
- Resolve system-related issues, enhance campaign setups, and manage synchronization errors.
- Implement operational environments within Pardot, including setting up data integration and domain authentication.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR in all marketing campaigns, including the establishment of double opt-in processes and data erasure protocols.
- Offer insights on audience segmentation and coordinate the development of user preference interfaces in line with content management strategies.
 
Salesforce Pardot Specialist - Qualifications:
- A keen interest in data integration techniques, database management, and analytical processes.
- A strong background in digital marketing tools and platforms such as GoToWebinar, BrightTALK, etc.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- An enthusiasm for blending strategic planning with hands-on operational work.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in project coordination.
- Preferably, some familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot).
- An understanding of the interplay between marketing and sales processes, including lead generation and ROI analysis.
