We are in search of a passionate and proactive Amplifier Development Engineer to lead the development of next-generation superconducting amplifiers, focusing specifically on Traveling Wave Parametric Amplifiers (TWPAs). What You Will Do:
- Lead Development: Take charge of enhancing and creating both existing and new superconducting amplifiers from initial concept through to the final product.
- Theoretical Analysis & Modeling: Engage in deep theoretical analysis to expand understanding and refine the performance of superconducting amplifiers.
- Experimental Data Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to interpret experimental data, identify areas for improvement, and guide future design iterations.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest advancements in superconducting amplifier technology to ensure strategies are cutting-edge.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure close collaboration with fabrication and characterization teams to integrate and execute projects seamlessly.

Who You Are:
- Experienced with circuit QED, superconducting amplifiers, or closely related fields.
- Proficient in cryogenic measurement, microwave engineering, nanofabrication, or superconducting chip design.
- Capable of structuring R&D projects within a team setting.
- Excellent at communicating complex technical issues to both expert and non-expert audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent experience in superconducting amplifiers or related fields.
- Interested in the development and commercialization of commercial products.
