Field Services Engineer

Our Client is a leading provider of cutting-edge medical devices, dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery. As they expand their services, are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Equipment Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain a variety of medical devices at client locations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Technical Support:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Training and Education:
- Train healthcare staff on the proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols of medical devices.
- Develop and deliver user training programs.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment status, service reports, and inventory.
- Generate detailed reports for internal and client review.

Customer Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Act as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
 
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in servicing and maintaining a variety of medical devices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and protocols.
