Our client is a specialist and leading manufacturing business within the Aerospace Manufacturing sector. An opportunity has arisen for an Equipment & Tooling Engineer to join the growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects related to equipment and tooling within the aerospace sector.
- Research and evaluate new assets and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and tooling.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning process for new assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new assets into existing operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and tooling.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace sector.
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of equipment and tooling used in aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
