What Will You Do?

Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to take on the mantle of managing their high-profile corporate accounts. In this pivotal role, you will represent our company, maintaining and enhancing relationships with a leading aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

The challenge is grand, and so is the reward. We seek an individual with the intellectual heft to significantly influence their business, armed with stellar relationship-building skills, and a rich understanding of the industrial automotive and aerospace sectors.

Your Core Responsibilities
- You will steer their relationships with a premier aerospace OEM, not just meeting but exceeding their expectations.
- Promoting their offshore and onshore business models will be part of your daily routine.
- You will be the catalyst of digital transformation, advocating for customer-centric design and agile methodologies.
- Mapping digital go-to-market strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to actualise them, will be your remit.
- Overseeing digital product development, including the technical and business integration points across their organisation, will also fall under your supervision.

What Do We Expect From You?

We are looking for a candidate who is not new to driving revenue generation in global clients and multi-million spend, while continually monitoring pipeline movement. Experience in the aerospace industry from a digital transformation background, with an established network and understanding of the structures in the corporate aerospace sector, is required. Having connections within corporate aerospace will give you a distinct edge. A digital background is preferred, as is a track record of successfully managing high-level corporate accounts.

What Do We Offer In Return?

In addition to a rewarding career in a globally influential company, they offer a generous salary package, including a range from $170,000-$260,000 +15% variable, plus full corporate benefits, healthcare, and a company pension scheme.
