Senior Recruitment Consultant – IFS / ERP Market

Manchester City Centre – Hybrid Work Environment

Excellent Base + Commission up to 50% + Benefits

We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our ERP division, focused on the IFS market across the UK and/or US.

This role is suited to an experienced 360 consultant who is commercially driven, confident operating autonomously, and motivated to build long-term credibility within a specialist ERP market.

Why us?

We operate in specialist, high-value markets where depth matters. Our approach is built around becoming genuinely embedded in the industries we serve, allowing us to operate as trusted partners rather than transactional recruiters.

Within ERP, we’re continuing to invest in markets where there is clear demand for high-quality talent and where strong consultants can build meaningful, long-term desks. IFS in particular represents an opportunity to develop a highly networked, relationship-led market with consistent demand across both the UK and US.

A lot of our work is driven by long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals. That creates an environment where consultants can focus on quality, credibility, and building something sustainable rather than chasing short-term wins.

We’re driven by the goal of making ourselves unavoidable in the movement of high-calibre talent. You’ll fit in here if you value autonomy, accountability, and being part of a team that shares knowledge openly without over-prescribing how success should look.

What you’ll do

As a senior consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your market and operate with a high degree of trust from day one. You will:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle within the IFS market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
  • Deliver against live vacancies while developing and maintaining active candidate pipelines
  • Identify, win, and develop new business opportunities within your market
  • Provide market insight and consultancy to clients on hiring strategy, talent availability, and trends
  • Take ownership of growing your desk, balancing delivery with long-term business development
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a specialist ERP function within the business

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a high-performing 360 recruitment consultant with a proven track record of billing and delivering against targets.

Experience in ERP recruitment is strongly preferred, ideally within IFS, though we’ll also consider backgrounds across SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft ecosystems.

Beyond that, we’re interested in how you operate:

  • Proven experience in ERP recruitment (IFS preferred)
  • Strong billing track record
  • Ability to manage both client and candidate relationships effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working across and taking ownership of a specific geography

The people who do well here tend to be those who take real ownership of their market. They invest time in understanding how it works, where the best talent sits, and how to engage it effectively.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate what gives them an edge – whether that’s their network, their approach to business development, or how they build trust with clients and candidates.

What a top performer looks like

Top performers here stand out through a combination of consistent billing, strong business development, and genuine ownership of their market.

They actively grow their desk by winning new clients, developing repeat business, and maintaining a healthy pipeline. They move with urgency, prioritise effectively, and take responsibility for outcomes rather than activity alone.

They’re known for strong relationship management and deep market expertise. Over time, they become a go-to specialist within their niche – someone clients trust and candidates actively engage with.

In the IFS space specifically, that means understanding where the best talent sits, how to access it, and how to position opportunities in a way that resonates.

Resilience, communication, and a competitive mindset all play a role, but what really sets people apart is consistency and long-term thinking.

Perks and benefits

  • A market-leading, uncapped commission structure with no threshold, offering up to 50%
  • Clear and transparent routes to directorship, with individualised progression plans
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • City-centre office with on-site gym, breakout spaces, pool table, bike storage, and on-site parking
  • Two annual holiday incentives, quarterly achievers club, late starts, early finishes, and additional performance incentives
  • Share scheme

Don’t see something that’s important to you? Let us know. We’re pragmatic about our packages and will tailor where it makes sense for the right hire.
