Senior IFS ERP Functional Consultant (HCM)

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Senior IFS ERP Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in implementing (including Apps10 to IFS Cloud Upgrades) and optimizing IFS ERP solutions. This position involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure IFS modules, and ensure successful deployment (timeline and budget) and adoption of IFS Cloud or IFS Applications. 

This role is focused on HCM plus at least one other module (Finance, Projects, or similar) and is ideal for an experienced individual with a mix of industry and consulting experience, able to work in regulated ITAR environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the functional client SMEs in business process review and analysis; gather functional requirements across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, Service, and HCM modules. 

• Configure IFS ERP modules to meet business needs. 

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices. 

• Support basic data needs & definition, data migration, testing (UAT, CFG, PROD), and validation activities. 

• Collaborate with technical teams for CRIM development, documentation, tracking, and testing. 

• Deliver Train the Trainer activities and provide post-go-live support. 

• Maintain documentation for basic data, RAID, CRIM including configurations, scenario and test tracking, workflows, and functional designs. 

• Stay updated on IFS Cloud features and roadmap for continuous improvement. 

Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. 

• Experience: 

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on IFS ERP experience (Apps10 or Cloud). 

• Strong experience in HCM plus at least one other module (Finance or Projects preferred). 

• Mix of industry and consulting experience preferred. 

• Experience working in regulated environments, including ITAR projects. 

Skills: 

• Strong understanding of ERP processes and best practices. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions. 

Preferred: 

• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration frameworks. 

• IFS Cloud Certification (current). 

• Experience with ERP upgrade projects (Apps10 to Cloud).
