A private equity-backed IAM software scale-up is expanding their DACH sales team with a strategic Sales Manager hire. You’ll work alongside the COO and two sales colleagues to drive new business across direct and channel-led sales, owning the full cycle and helping shape the go-to-market strategy as they scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Own complex B2B sales cycles, targeting mid-to-large enterprises
Drive new logo acquisition across DACH (with global expansion in mind)
Collaborate closely with the COO and broader team to refine the sales strategy
Represent a GRC and IAM suite already used by 130+ customers
Attend onboarding and team sessions in Regensburg; occasional customer travel expected

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in B2B/enterprise software sales
Proven hunter/new business sales track record
Fluent German speaker with full right to work in Germany
IAM, GRC, or Cybersecurity software sales experience strongly preferred
