Location: Netherlands (Remote)
Salary: €70,000 – €95,000 base + up to 15% bonus (company & personal performance) + benefits

This private equity-backed IAM consultancy has almost 20 years of award-winning experience across 10+ European countries. Now they’re looking for a new Solutions Consultant to join the team.

You don’t need to be fully pre-sales focused already—maybe you’re a technical IAM consultant who’s curious about moving in this direction or someone who’s had pre-sales exposure on Okta projects and wants to focus there.

What you’ll be doing
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be part of a 200+ strong international IAM team. Your role will include solution design, client engagement, sales support, and project involvement across the Netherlands and beyond. You’ll report to the CRO, and your Dutch country lead will support you day-to-day.

While initial focus will be on Okta due to client demand, the role isn’t limited to a single vendor. The company works across multiple IAM platforms and values flexible expertise.

Territory: Netherlands/Benelux with occasional cross-border project collaboration.
