IFS Finance Consultant (German Speaking)

Salary: €75K – €100k + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Germany/Austria/Switzerland

I’m working with a well-established IFS Partner that’s looking to hire an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to join their DACH based team.

As an IFS Finance Consultant, you’ll partner with clients to design, configure, and optimize financial solutions within IFS Applications. You’ll play a key role in implementations and enhancements, ensuring finance processes are aligned with business needs and fully supported by the ERP system.

This role blends functional expertise with hands-on system work, helping clients maximize the value of their IFS investment.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of finance modules in IFS Applications (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial requirements and translate them into effective IFS solutions
Support IFS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with a focus on finance functionality
Troubleshoot finance-related system issues and work with technical teams to resolve them
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
Provide guidance, training, and support to end users on finance processes and best practices within IFS

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience as an IFS Finance Consultant (implementations, upgrades, or support)
Strong knowledge of IFS finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Accounting)
Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (month-end close, reporting, compliance)
Familiarity with PL/SQL, reporting tools, and finance integrations is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions that optimize finance operations
