IFS ERP Administrator

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Benefits
Location: Remote (USA)

We’re supporting an established IFS end customer in the USA that’s looking to hire an IFS ERP Administrator to support and maintain their IFS Applications environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of an ERP landscape — ensuring system stability, managing users and environments, and supporting day-to-day operations while working closely with business and IT teams.

As the IFS ERP Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the system running smoothly and supporting continuous improvements across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support the day-to-day operation of IFS Applications
• Manage users, roles, security, and access controls
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and interfaces
• Support patching, upgrades, and coordination with IFS and external partners
• Troubleshoot issues and act as first-line support for IFS-related incidents
• Maintain system documentation and support governance and best practices
• Collaborate with functional teams to support minor enhancements and configuration changes

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting IFS Applications
• Strong understanding of IFS administration, security, and environments
• Experience working with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 9/10 is highly desirable
• Comfortable working with both IT and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
