That’s what you’d be joining. You’d build a name in your market faster here than you would anywhere else, because you’d be working somewhere that already has one.
The team you’re joining
You’d join our delivery team. Candidate side, across R&D Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing in the UK and Europe across companies in sectors including robotics, aerospace, defence, AI and deeptech.
It’s an experienced group, and the delivery function here plays a critical role in how we service some of our best client relationships.
They advise clients, shape hiring strategy and own the candidate experience. The function is still growing, so you’d have a real say in what good looks like, reporting to Hannah Mason, our Head of Delivery.
How you’ll do your best work here
Good delivery is a craft. We treat it like one, and we invest in getting you better at it.
- Real training and development, with an individual development plan built around you
- Seasoned recruiters around you, so there’s always someone who’s solved the problem before
- Direct client exposure early on, leading briefings and CV reviews yourself
- A hand in growing accounts, working alongside the wider recruitment team
The people who do best here balance pace with care. They move quickly without cutting corners on candidate experience, and they become the sourcing expert the business turns to when a tough role lands. That track record is what opens the door to Account Manager or Delivery Manager.
