Our highly successful USA focuses mainly on the AI, SaaS, Robotics & Autonomy and the fintech markets and we’re looking for someone with international Product recruitment experience to join us to build out a Product focused unit working closing with our AI, Technical Sales & Software team as well as the wider units.

Job Outline
As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress.

KeyResponsibilities
· Business development & Client base management across product
· Leadership and building of a high performing team if this is the route you choose
· Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
· Brand presence building
· Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
· Conference attendance and contribution to building Cubiq brands
· Offer management and post placement support
· Strategic growth of desk and department
· Develop candidate network within your niche
· Arrange and lead new client meetings

Experience recruiting in the product world is preferred. We are also open to experienced recruiters from another technical area that have a strong record of 360 ability that are open to cross-training into this exciting and growing world!
