In this role, you will work with our clients across either our European or North America desks to help them find the best talent in the field of artificial intelligence and data science.

The market is currently doubling and as part of your role you'll talk to leaders in industry who are shaping technology  by solving some of the most complex problems around, you'll be part of that. You'll be excited about the prospects of speaking and representing the markets best with average fees upwards of £20,000.

Job Outline

As a Principal recruiter at Cubiq you will have routes either down an IC route as an individual biller or down a management route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders to help progress you to a billing manager and further.

We are looking for a committed and talented recruitment professional to build and drive our continuous European & North American expansion, capitalising on the existing relationships we already have in place with leading AI clients ranging from large social media orgs to exciting start-ups!

This is a hot desk with open jobs with attractive and buoyant clients with the potential to be enormously successful. As a business, we are committed to growing this business area as it is one of the core pillars at Cubiq.

The scope of this role will be to help grow the division and for ambitious individuals, can progress quickly providing they show the right attitude and skill.

We’ve shown before that successful person with the right attitude can gain multiple promotions and multiply their earnings within a short space of time.

Key Responsibilities

• Business development
• Relationship building
• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
• Offer management and post placement support
• Produce and maintain external advertising for each vacancy
• Develop candidate network within your designated field
• Arrange and lead customer meetings

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong interest in the field of artificial intelligence and data science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred but not required

Experience recruiting in the AI or Data Science is field is preferred but not essential. We are also to consultants from a technical recruitment background open to a new and exciting sector.
