I’m working with an early-stage startup using AI to solve real problems in healthcare. The product is live, early customers are on board, and there’s strong backing behind it. Now they need someone to lead sales from day one.
This is a founding role — you’ll build the sales motion, close deals, and shape the go-to-market strategy from scratch. No red tape. No layers. Just you, the founders, and a big opportunity.
What they need:
A proven B2B SaaS sales leader (5–10+ years)
Someone who knows healthcare — hospitals, NHS etc
Experience selling a SaaS or AI product
A closer, but also a builder — someone who can create structure
Someone who’s done longer, complex sales cycles
Ideally, experience with AI, workflow tools, or healthcare data
What you’ll do:
Own pipeline, process, and deals
Work with the CEO to define GTM
Get stuck in — outbound, demos, contracts
Build early sales ops and reporting
Feed insights back to product
Hire and grow the team over time
