Technical Consultant – B2B

Company: Identity & Access Management Software & Solutions Provider
Location: Frankfurt office (Hybrid – approx. 1 day in office every 4–6 weeks)
Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 depending on experience
Eligibility: Must live in Germany (no visa sponsorship available); fluent German (C1+) required

• Technical implementation experience – configuration, integration, testing of software in B2B/external customer settings

• Experience on enterprise-scale, long-term projects

• Comfortable in client-facing environments

• Independent, solution-oriented mindset

What you’ll be doing:
Your focus will be on the technical implementation of on-premise and SaaS solutions. You’ll support pre-sales colleagues and take full ownership of the implementation phase, including:

• Software configuration (e.g. two-factor authentication, tool integrations, data transfer)

• Requirements verification, user story definition, and solution specification

• Integration, testing, and handover to customers and support teams

• Managing a 2–4 project workload, primarily in the DACH region

• Working with enterprise clients (typically 3,000–6,000 employees), with project durations of 6–12 months

You’ll work in a hands-on delivery capacity across sectors including government, automotive, and more. The role is part of a small, growing German team in a young but evolving office environment where your input will shape how things are done.

Your immediate team consists of 5 people, and you’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team committed to helping you grow in the direction that suits your strengths and ambitions. Full training and mentoring on their tools will be provided.
