Your Responsibilities: 
- Lead Agile Development: Take the lead in driving agile development within an electronics hardware environment. You'll empower your team and guide them towards success. 
- Project Management Excellence: Showcase your project management prowess as you handle resource planning and management for multiple projects. Your exceptional skills will ensure seamless operations. 
- Design Cutting-Edge Solutions: Utilize your expertise in system and circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and BOM management to create innovative hardware solutions that meet client needs. 
- Collaborate for Integrated Success: Work closely with the embedded software engineers to develop integrated solutions that bring hardware and software together seamlessly. Your collaboration will result in outstanding products. 
- Optimize for Efficiency: Create low power circuitry designs for battery-operated devices, prioritizing energy efficiency and sustainability. Your designs will drive the development of environmentally friendly technologies. 

Your Skills and Requirements: 
- Leadership Experience: Bring your 1-2 years of hands-on team leadership experience to motivate and guide your team towards excellence. 
- Electronics Hardware Design Expertise: Leverage your 3-5 years of experience in electronics hardware design or a related role to create exceptional solutions. 
- Academic Qualifications: Hold a BSc, BEng, MSc, or MEng degree in Electronic Engineering or a similar field, ensuring a strong foundation for your work. 
- Client-Facing Skills: Your experience in client-facing engineering environments equips you with the ability to effectively communicate and understand client requirements. 
- Teamwork and Communication: Showcase your excellent teamwork and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within the team and with clients.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Haves):

- Diverse Industry Experience: Experience in diverse industries such as HVAC, Battery Systems, Electric Vehicles, medical equipment, and more will set you apart and broaden your skill set.
- Technological Fluency: Familiarity with microPython, Python, and Altium Designer is highly valued, providing you with an added advantage.
