Senior Recruitment Consultant – Product & Programme, DACH, AI Team

We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our AI team, specialising in product and programme leadership roles, and working with some of the most technically advanced AI companies across the DACH region.

This role is suited to an experienced consultant who operates with autonomy, values depth in their market, and wants to build long-term credibility supporting AI-driven products, platforms, and complex technical programmes.

What you’ll do

As a senior consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your market and operate with a high degree of trust from day one. You will:

  • Deliver the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and business development through to candidate management and ongoing account management
  • Autonomously negotiate terms and manage commercial conversations with clients
  • Devise and execute your own client development strategy, aligned to existing team playbooks or shaped by your own experience
  • Inherit and grow established client relationships across the DACH AI and product ecosystem
  • Work alongside a highly credible AI team with strong market presence and technical understanding
  • Contribute to scaling a specialist product and programme desk with the support of an experienced and supportive manager

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of in-agency recruitment experience, ideally within product, programme, delivery, or a closely related technology market. Prior AI experience is beneficial, but not essential.

This role is well suited to consultants who have recruited for Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, Programme Managers, Delivery Leads, or Transformation roles within complex technical environments. Experience transitioning from software, data, platform, or digital transformation markets is common and well supported within the team.

Beyond experience, we’re interested in how you approach your market and your work. The people who do well here are genuinely invested in the industries they recruit for and take the time to understand how their market operates, how products are built and scaled, and how organisations successfully deliver complex initiatives.

Practically, that might mean engaging with product and delivery communities, following industry voices, keeping up with developments in AI product strategy, platform-led organisations, and modern delivery models, and staying close to how teams are evolving across the DACH region.
