We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our AI team, specialising in machine learning, and working with some of the most technically advanced AI companies across the DACH region.

This role is suited to an experienced consultant who operates with autonomy, values depth in their market, and wants to build long-term credibility within applied machine learning and production AI systems.

What you’ll do

As a senior consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your market and operate with a high degree of trust from day one. You will:

• Deliver the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and business development through to candidate management and ongoing account management
• Autonomously negotiate terms and manage commercial conversations with clients
• Devise and execute your own client development strategy, aligned to existing team playbooks or shaped by your own experience
• Inherit and grow established client relationships across the DACH AI and machine learning ecosystem
• Work alongside a highly credible AI team with deep market knowledge
• Contribute to scaling a specialist machine learning desk with the support of an experienced and supportive manager

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of in-agency recruitment experience, ideally within machine learning, data science, software, or a closely related technical market. Prior AI experience is beneficial, but not essential.

This role suits consultants who are comfortable recruiting for advanced technical skill sets, including areas such as applied ML, model training, experimentation, model evaluation, MLOps, and deployment of ML systems into production. Experience transitioning from data science, backend engineering, or AI-adjacent software markets is common and well supported within the team.

Beyond experience, we’re interested in how you approach your market and your work. The people who do well here are genuinely invested in the industries they recruit for and take the time to understand how their market works, who shapes it, and where it’s heading.

Practically, that might mean engaging with industry voices, following research publications and applied ML practitioners, keeping up with developments in AI tooling and infrastructure, and staying close to how machine learning teams are evolving across the DACH region.
