We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a high-potential vertical and grow it out as their own.

The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Build and manage client relationships across your chosen vertical or market

• Source and secure top talent for technical and commercial roles

• Develop tailored hiring strategies that reflect the unique needs of each client

• Lead new business activity and help grow our client base in your niche

• Offer consultative advice and market insight to both clients and candidates

• Hit and exceed your revenue targets — with the reward of uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant — ideally in tech, engineering, or a specialist sector

• A proven ability to win business and deliver for clients

• Confidence managing senior-level stakeholder relationships

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy taking ownership and building something long-term

• Fluent English; other language skills are a bonus but not essential
