An international Sports Specialist based in Bavaria Germany, are looking for a Senior IT Applications Developer to join their internal IT team. They have a customised ERP system and require someone who is experienced with programming languages and how business processes should work in an ERP system. 

You will work closely with colleagues from various departments and you will collaborate on the development of new business processes and system specification within the business. They have an old version of IFS ERP which has been heavily customised in Delphi programming language as well as additional tools and add ons. However, they have started the process of implementing a new cloud ERP system that you will also be apart of. This will be implemented to their German offices as well as European and American sites. 

This is a long term career with the opportunity to work on an international ERP implementation, improve your programming skills as well as career progression within the company. 

Responsibilities:
- Develop the existing ERP system using the Programming languages Delphi.
- Work as part of the IT team to implement the new ERP.
- Supervise the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications, ensuring their alignment with the business requirements.
- Manage outsourced contractors overseeing IFS, Oracle, and In-house applications.
- Ensure timely global support for the ERP system, IFS, along with application and database support.
- Actively contribute to driving innovation, participate in the development and implementation of new technologies, and provide insights for decision-making in the realm of business applications.
- Leading various IT projects.

Skills:
- Programming experience in Delphi 
- Experience in JavaScript and C# would be useful 
- Good ERP understanding and experience 
- Excellent skills in SQL for databases
- Fluent German and good English skills required.
