You’ll work closely with contractors, architects, and project teams to deliver exceptional results within tight timelines, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting a culture of excellence in construction execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead engineering and technical oversight for large-scale industrial construction projects.
Manage construction operations, ensuring alignment with design standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and schedules to support efficient project delivery.
Conduct site inspections, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout the design and build phases.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project milestones.
Support resource planning, cost management, and procurement of materials and equipment.
Identify and mitigate risks, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project performance.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and field teams.
Promote sustainable construction practices and compliance with environmental standards.
