Cubiq Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to join a market leading Manufacturing company based in Brighouse.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Identify customer specific requirements
- Liaising with production control team leaders to discuss daily priorities
- Check daily work scope for priorities
- Carry out final inspection checks on valves & other associated equipment
- Checking of QA card testing details from information received from the client job file review and client data sheets
- Compile valve overhaul reports and test certificates for all types of valves & operators
- Compile engineering reports for operators
- Inspection process of valves / spares/operators at the goods-in inspection area against the Score purchase order requirements
- Check complied valve certification packages for new product which includes review of 3.1 / 3.2 material certification, CE marking, Firesafe etc
- Ensure customer specific requirements are met during final inspection
- Liaising with production team leaders / business units when valves do not conform to Score quality standards
- Issuing of material trace numbers to raw materials
- Liaising with production team leaders to ensure production targets are met
- Participate and carry out the internal audit schedule
- Deputising for the HSEQ Manager as and when required
