Location: Utrecht Area (Hybrid – typically once per week in-office, flexible “work-from-anywhere” culture)
Salary: Up to €7,000/month + 13th month + benefits

An IAM consultancy known for its hands-on approach and technical depth is looking for a Principal IAM Consultant to join their team. With ~15 specialists across Europe and major projects underway, this is an opportunity to play a key technical and strategic role in shaping the future of identity solutions.

You’ll thrive here if you…

• Bring 8+ years of IAM experience

• Have deep expertise with one or more: Okta/Auth0, Ping (AM, DS, IDM), ForgeRock, or Omada

• Can lead architecture and implementation projects hands-on

• Have a technical background — Java/JavaScript, CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, SAML2, OIDC, OAuth2

• Speak Dutch fluently and enjoy knowledge sharing and mentoring others

• Want to help shape a growing business and influence your own project pipeline

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising clients and designing IAM architectures

• Leading and delivering complex technical implementations and upgrades

• Acting as a technical leader internally — guiding juniors, setting best practices, driving quality

• Contributing to pre-sales, workshops, product trainings, and more

• Working across clients in sectors like Finance, Manufacturing, and Tech

• Playing an active role in business evolution and process development
