I am working exclusively with a Global Engineering company who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Project Manager to join their internal team.

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BC Project Manager to join their organization in Germany. As the BC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics BC (Business Central) projects for the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and end users, to ensure project goals are achieved within specified timelines and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience: 
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in BC (Business Central) implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC and related technologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
