This role offers the opportunity to learn a full 360 sales cycle role. You will work closely in a team of 3, all sales professionals, and learn about all stages from deal open till close.
Salary: Depends on experience. Base maximum €75,000
OTE: around €180,000+ & UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Level: 3/4 years of sales experience needed; this isn’t an entry-level hire
Looking for someone strong in Outbound and with good knowledge of the full sales cycle process
Locations: Remote-friendly in Germany is fine, but they’d love an openness to visit them in Neuss
Flexible hours – e.g. early or late riser? You decide.

What you’ll be doing
As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll be the 4th sales hire (German team) where you’ll participate in the full sales process from initial contact to close (supported by your more experienced team).
You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping them understand how modern identity solutions can solve real-world security and compliance challenges.
You’ll be responsible for lead generation and will contact prospects through a range of methods (cold calling, social selling through LinkedIn, events & conferences etc), but you’ll also be someone who’s able to process incoming leads from marketing and other colleagues. Networking will form a key part of your role to nurture long-term growth opportunities. You’ll join your colleagues at key industry events also!

This IAM consultancy is in a strong growth phase, with double-digit expansion across all offices this year. They’ve been around for 20 years and have acquired several IAM consultancies in the last two years, building a stable and exciting place to work.
They now have around 200 people. This means you get the scope and projects of a well-established company, but without the layers and slow decisions of a huge organisation. You’re not a small cog here!
