A large IFS end-customer based in the USA is looking to hire an experienced IFS Solution Architect to support and evolve their IFS Applications landscape, with a strong focus on Manufacturing.

As an IFS Solution Architect, you’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, govern, and optimize end-to-end IFS solutions across manufacturing and related supply chain processes. You’ll play a key role in major initiatives, ensuring the system architecture supports current operations while enabling future growth.

This role blends deep functional manufacturing knowledge with solution-level architectural ownership, helping the business maximize long-term value from IFS Applications.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the solution design and architectural direction for IFS Applications with a focus on Manufacturing modules (Shop Floor, MRP, Manufacturing Planning, Inventory, Quality, etc.)
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable IFS solutions
• Own end-to-end process alignment across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and production planning
• Support IFS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvements from a solution architecture perspective
• Ensure best practices, standards, and governance are followed across IFS configurations and customizations
• Act as a key advisor to the business on how IFS can best support manufacturing operations and strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with IFS Applications in Manufacturing-focused roles (Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Functional Consultant)
• Strong expertise across IFS Manufacturing modules and general manufacturing processes
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and supply chain
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
• Experience working in complex, enterprise IFS environments is highly desirable
