IFS Manufacturing Business Analyst

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 + Benefits
Location: Remote (USA)

We’re supporting a US-based IFS end customer that’s looking to hire an IFS Manufacturing Business Analyst to support and optimize their manufacturing operations within IFS Applications.

This role sits between the business and IT, translating manufacturing requirements into effective IFS solutions and ensuring the system supports efficient, scalable operations.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing teams and IT for IFS-related initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across manufacturing processes
• Support configuration and optimization of IFS Manufacturing modules (MRP, Shop Floor, Inventory, Planning, Quality, etc.)
• Assist with testing, training, and go-live support
• Identify process improvements and ensure best use of IFS functionality
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with IFS
• Strong manufacturing process knowledge and hands-on IFS Manufacturing experience
• Ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements
• Experience working in enterprise ERP environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
