Job Title: ERP Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Location: Cologne (Full-Time | Hybrid)

About the Role:

A growing firm is seeking an ERP Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join their growing team in Cologne. In this role, you’ll advise and support customers through the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of their Business Central systems. You’ll use your expertise to deliver effective ERP solutions, contribute to process improvements, and actively shape the company’s digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional consulting and support to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Conduct workshops, process analyses, and create functional concepts to optimise business workflows.
Handle technical customer inquiries — including acceptance, clarification, and documentation of support requests.
Collaborate with developers to implement and test customer-specific requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and deliver training materials and workshops for both standard and customised applications.
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and best practices.

About You:

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification/training.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Flexible and willing to travel to client sites when required.
Fluent German and good English skills are required for effective collaboration.
