Job Description:
I am working exclusively with a global ERP implementation specialist with offices in 3 different continents. As a ERP Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support to customers in accordance with service level agreements (SLA). The ultimate goal is to constantly surpass customers' expectations by offering support targeted to their individual system configurations in addition to Oracle's standard support. Your primary focus will be on quickly addressing incidents to ensure smooth customer procedures. Coordination of updates to client systems is also required, as is collaboration with CNC and Engineering professionals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and solving complex problems.
- Managing tasks within the systems in addition to incident resolution.
- Seeking collaboration with our CNC and Engineering specialists.
- Recording all customer communications in TOPdesk, taking responsibility for issue tracking until resolution, and proactively keeping customers informed.
- Offering on-site support in certain cases, working closely with customers to implement solutions and identify the right applications.

Requirements: We are looking for individuals with:
- A customer-oriented attitude, analytical skills, and creativity in investigating and solving complex issues.
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Knowledge of business processes within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution (an advantage).
- Several years of experience with JD Edwards or another ERP package (experience with JD Edwards is preferred).
- An open and accessible personality with strong communication skills, enjoying both independent and team-oriented work.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English due to the international nature of the role.
