A rapidly growing robotics manufacturer with applications in industrial and engineering environments is seeking a Sales Executive to lead strategic enterprise sales.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—working large, complex deals, building long-term partnerships, and influencing the direction of product development and go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute the Challenger Sales methodology across all engagements

  • Own enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to close

  • Build strategic relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and customer success

  • Understand customer needs through virtual and in-person discovery

  • Analyze industry trends to sharpen market positioning

  • Contribute to product innovation by relaying customer feedback to R&D

  • Mentor and lead junior team members as the team scales

Who You Are

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas across complex sales cycles

  • Strong relationship-building skills at the enterprise level

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or robotics sales—welding robotics is a plus

  • Strategic thinker who can map customer needs to tailored solutions

  • Collaborative mindset and leadership potential

  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology is highly desirable
