Cubiq is looking for a Divisional Manager to lead our Cubiq AI US practice, overseeing a multi-functional recruitment team operating across some of the most advanced areas of artificial intelligence.

This role sits at the centre of our US AI strategy, leading consultants specialising across Applied Machine Learning, AI Research, Software Engineering, Data, and Product, supporting companies developing cutting-edge AI systems and technologies.

You’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing team, while continuing to build relationships with some of the most innovative companies in the AI ecosystem.

This is a role suited to an experienced recruitment leader with the ambition to build and shape a specialist division, working alongside an established global AI practice and leveraging the strong client relationships already in place.

As Divisional Manager for Cubiq AI US, you’ll play a central role in strengthening and expanding Cubiq’s presence within this market, working alongside experienced consultants across our wider AI teams.

You’ll have the opportunity to build on an already established platform, with active client relationships, strong delivery capability, and a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and market insight.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a multi-functional AI recruitment team covering Applied ML, AI Research, Software Engineering, Data, and Product
• Drive the growth and strategic direction of the Cubiq AI US practice
• Work closely with consultants to develop markets, win new clients, and deliver on high-impact AI hiring projects
• Leverage and expand existing relationships with leading AI companies, research labs, and start-ups
• Collaborate with wider Cubiq AI teams globally, sharing networks, clients, and market insight
• Support consultants in building deep credibility within their specialist markets
• Play a key role in scaling the Cubiq AI brand across the US AI ecosystem

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a senior recruitment leader who combines strong billing capability with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.

You will likely have:

• Several years of recruitment experience within an agency environment
• Experience leading or mentoring consultants, or a clear track record of influencing team performance
• A background recruiting within technology, AI, software, or another highly specialist market
• Strong client relationship and business development capability
• The ambition to build and scale a specialist recruitment division

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to play a defining role in shaping Cubiq’s AI presence in the US market.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building teams, developing people, and establishing long-term credibility within a highly technical industry.
