We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our AI team in a delivery-focused role, supporting some of the most technically advanced AI companies in the UK with their software engineering hiring.

This position is designed for a consultant who wants to focus purely on talent acquisition and candidate delivery. There is a strong focus on deep market knowledge, candidate relationships, crafting strong candidate experiences, and delivering consistently high-quality outcomes for our established client base.

What you’ll do

As a senior delivery consultant, you’ll be trusted to own the candidate side of your market from day one. Your role will focus on:

• Delivering on roles for existing AI clients across software engineering disciplines
• Identifying opportunities within our current client base to support on more positions
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-calibre candidates in the UK AI ecosystem
• Acting as a market expert to clients, providing insight on talent availability, skill trends, and hiring strategy
• Managing the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and engagement through to offer management and aftercare
• Partnering closely with 360 consultants and hiring managers to ensure accurate, high-quality delivery
• Contributing to the ongoing development and credibility of a specialist AI desk within a well-established team

Who will thrive here

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of in-agency recruitment experience, ideally within software or another technical market. Prior AI experience isn’t essential, but curiosity about the space and a willingness to learn is important.
