We’re currently looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team in a candidate-focused role, supporting some of the most technically advanced organisations in the space with their hiring across multiple disciplines.

This position is built for a consultant who wants to focus purely on talent acquisition and candidate delivery. There’s a strong emphasis on deep market knowledge, candidate relationships, crafting standout candidate experiences, and delivering consistently high-quality outcomes for our established client base. This is a high-fee desk with high earning potential, with steady demand already in place from clients. Upon joining you can expect to inherit roles straight away for some of the most cutting-edge firms within AI, robotics and aerospace.

What you’ll do

As a delivery consultant, you’ll be trusted to own the candidate side of your market from day one. Your role will focus on:

  • Delivering on roles for existing AI & Robotics clients across a range of technical and commercial disciplines

  • Identifying opportunities within our current client base to support on more positions

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-calibre candidates within the AI ecosystem

  • Acting as a market expert to clients, providing insight on talent availability, skill trends, and hiring strategy

  • Managing the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and engagement through to offer management and aftercare

  • Partnering closely with 360 consultants and hiring managers to ensure accurate, high-quality delivery

  • Contributing to the ongoing development and credibility of a specialist desk within a well-established team

Who will thrive here

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of in-agency recruitment experience, ideally within a technical or high-specialism market. You don’t need to come from an AI or robotics background, we’re open to strong delivery consultants from any discipline, but curiosity about AI/robotics and a willingness to learn is important.

More than background alone, we care about how you approach your market. The people who perform best here are genuinely invested in the industries they recruit for. They take time to understand how their market works, who shapes it, and where it’s heading.

That might show up through how you engage candidates, how you keep up with trends, or how you think about long-term talent pipelines rather than short-term placements.
