Role: Senior IAM Consultant – CIAM / Customer Identity & Access Management
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid – approx. once per month in-office)
Salary: Up to ~150,000 CHF depending on experience

Join a growing specialist IAM consultancy in Switzerland. They’re looking to add a new experienced colleague to the team with a key CIAM project about to kick off—and plenty more client demand in the pipeline.

German fluency is essential

What you’ll bring:

• Expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

• At least 3 years of experience in technical IAM roles

• Proven ability to independently architect and design solutions

What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior IAM Consultant / Architect, you’ll focus on advising, architecting, designing, and implementing a range of CIAM solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You’ll start by supporting a long-term CIAM transformation project for an existing customer—rebuilding their environment with modern technologies like Cnips and Zitadel. This project is expected to span 5+ years. Your role will be to guide use case development, solution architecture, technical planning, and delivery.

This is an experienced, vendor-agnostic IAM consultancy of ~20 people (mainly based in Switzerland with some in Germany), known for technical depth and strong expertise in CIAM across the DACH region.

Since 2009, they’ve delivered projects across a broad range of technologies including SailPoint, Nexis, Saviynt, Tenfold, and others—with new partnerships forming all the time.
