We’re currently working with a firm looking for a Business Central Finance Consultant to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting clients across Belgium on their ERP journey from a finance perspective. You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering Business Central finance implementations, ensuring financial processes run efficiently, and empowering clients to maximise the value of their ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support finance-focused Business Central implementations, from requirements gathering to post go-live support.
Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to design, test, and deliver tailored ERP solutions.
Train and guide key users, ensuring smooth adoption and best practice use of Business Central.
Analyse and optimise financial workflows, improving automation, reporting, and compliance.
Act as a trusted finance advisor, bridging the gap between business needs and system capabilities.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a strong finance focus.
In-depth knowledge of financial modules including GL, AR/AP, budgeting, reporting, and fixed assets.
Proven experience leading finance workstreams or playing a key role in ERP delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented.
Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken).
