The Job 
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the fulfilment of project requirements and respecting the project timeline ​
- Delivering feasibility study and presenting results to the customers​
- Creating motivational and friendly working environment ​
- Generating reliable test results and test reports for integration​
- Assessing the reliability of technical data provided by cell supplier​
- Introduction and implementation of new cell-chemistries in future battery products

Main Tasks
- Working with diverse teams across the company to extract additional performance from existing cells (energy, power, lifetime) through improved physical design, state detection and control​
- Determine the optimal cell for a diverse range of products and support feasibilities​
- Support product development activities, such as system and cell testing for validation, DFMEA development, cell modelling​
- Generate reliable cell testing data (performance, lifetime, safety) and test reports​
- Working with Purchasing department to build strong partnerships with cell suppliers globally​
- Define and develop Rimac's next generation of battery cells roadmap ​

Requirements:
- Good understanding of electrochemistry, physics and fundamentals of batteries 
- Problem solving and experimental design approach, driven by curiosity and attention to detail
- Experience working with major cell suppliers
- Experience of cell testing and modelling
- Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical environments
- Industrial experience in EV battery development
