One of Cubiq Recruitment’s leading R&D manufacturers in the Dorset region are currently looking to add a technical project manager to their ever-growing team in Wimborne. The company in question have successfully tendered for a number of new exciting projects and are now looking to increase their headcount across the company accordingly.
Key responsibilities for this role will focus around the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget, whilst providing specialist technical insight when required. The successful candidates will be expected to work closely with the account manager, and be a customer liaison, understanding the needs of the client whilst managing their expectations and issues should they arise.
Applicants for this position should be able to demonstrate credentials and previous experience including the following:
- A minimum of 5 years experience of within a technical engineering role
- Previous project management experience
- Good people management and strong communication skills
- An ability to build strong relationships with clients
- The ability to cope with change, anticipate and solve problems
